Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job installing new retro fit Milgard windows and sliding door. They also landscaped our front lawn with nice red brick patio and artificial turf. These guys are professional and do their job properly. They can get it done inside and out. Thanks Kevin!

They are the most professional home builders I have ever worked with. Kevin manages expectations and deadlines. They have great working relationships with all the providers of materials and that alone saved me time and money. The people he contracts to do counters, drywall, plumbing, electrical etc... are fantastic as well. (I worry a bit about posting this since he might get so much business I might not be able to get his services when I need them). I have recommended them to all my neighbors and one is in touch today with Kevin for the process of redoing their bathroom.
Kevin and Dale were easy to work with, fast, and professional...and the final product came out better than we expected! They installed these shower doors for us.Their service was great too—the handles we wanted weren't available at the time of install, so they gave us temporary handles —our second choice—for two weeks. Once the handles we liked were in, they texted me to come back in and replace. Other contractors might make you chase, but these guys are on the ball!We'll definitely use them for general residential projects on our house in Carlsbad again soon.
It’s always a challenge to find a great contractor, but we managed to do it with KDI! They handled the remodeling of our front yard. Our dangerously high slope turned into beautiful stamped concrete stairs with lighting that completely transformed the front of our home. From the owner to the project manager to the concrete workers, every person we interacted with at KDI was friendly, timely, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. You always hear about projects dragging out, but they handled the job miraculously in 3 days and it looked even better than we could’ve imagined. Aside from the great quality of the work and personable nature of the staff, they offered extremely competitive pricing. We had received two prior quotes that were much higher. Mind you, we are not easy to please, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Take the stress out of working with a contractor, and hire KDI!
