t’s always a challenge to find a great contractor, but we managed to do it with KDI! They handled the remodeling of our front yard. Our dangerously high slope turned into beautiful stamped concrete stairs with lighting that completely transformed the front of our home. From the owner to the project manager to the concrete workers, every person we interacted with at KDI was friendly, timely, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.

We had KDI Builders completely renovate our home in 3 stages. Outdoor living area, kitchen and downstairs, then upstairs bedroom area. We are very happy with the results and feel like it’s a brand new home. They guided us through the design process that produced a beautiful and living space extremely suited to our lives.

Kevin and Dale were easy to work with, fast, and professional…and the final product came out better than we expected! Their service was great too. Other contractors might make you chase, but these guys are on the ball!

They have great working relationships with all the providers of materials and that alone saved me time and money. The people he contracts to do counters, drywall, plumbing, electrical etc… are fantastic as well.
